The storied history of copper cookware makes this set from Eva Trio a great option for those who wish to cook with enthusiasm. An original design from 1977, our copper pots and pans are made with a 3-layer construction of copper, aluminium, and stainless steel – a technology that combines the outstanding properties of each material. The copper series also feature a practical pouring lip for pots and pans, making handling easy. Great for cooking and frying over different heat sources, including induction, electric, and gas.

A touch of history

The use of copper goes back a long time, and the use of copper cookware goes back all the way to the Romans – if not before. Known for its unique cooking properties and ease of heating, copper has always been a popular cookware material. The series from Eva Trio includes a frying pan, a sauté pan, a saucepan, and a pot, allowing you to build a well-equipped kitchen.

Quick and even heating for cooking

Copper is very responsive to heat. It heats quickly and evenly, making them a great choice for delicate fish and seafood, as well as various sauces, chocolate, and caramel. Copper also cools quickly – when you remove a copper pan or pot from the heat source, its temperature will drop rapidly, ensuring you do not overcook your ingredients. Be inspired by our recipes.

All handles are made from stainless steel. During normal use on the stove, the handles with not become too hot to hold. However, this does not apply when cooking on gas or in the oven.

Before use

Our copper cookware is coated with a thin layer of water-based sealant to protect the high-gloss surface during shipping. To remove this, you can simply wash the cookware with hot water and washing-up liquid. Oxidation then commences, producing a natural patina on the surface of the cookware. Ensure that you also remove labels and production impurities with water and washing-up liquid before use.

Care for your copper pans with ease

Lined with high-gloss stainless steel, our copper frying pans are durable and offer an easy avenue to maintain. When you are done cooking, you can clean the inside your copper pans by hand with hot, soapy water and a gentle scrubber such as a sponge or a soft brush.

Our copper cookware is not dishwasher safe. We do not recommend using wool or abrasives to clean, as it can tarnish the surface of pots and pans. To keep the exterior of your pans clean, you can wipe off spills and drips with a damp cloth, and polish with ordinary copper polish to maintain its shine.
