Cleaning Not dishwasher-safe. Wash both sides by hand in hot water and a drop of washing-up liquid. Air-dry upright to prevent warping. Maintain by oiling regularly.As bamboo is a living, organic material, some natural variation in the design may occur. Bamboo can be maintained by regular oiling. If the bamboo becomes rough to the touch over time, we recommend lightly sanding the surface with very fine sandpaper. Afterwards, apply oil for ease of daily maintenance.
