100-day satisfaction guarantee on all Eva Trio pots

Lots can go wrong in a kitchen—your pot shouldn't be one of them. At Eva Trio, we have great confidence in our cookware, and we believe you should too. That's why we offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee on all our pots.

You have ample time to get to know your new pot. Use it as you normally would—and if it doesn't meet your expectations, you'll get your money back. It's that simple.​ 

All our pots and pans undergo rigorous testing before leaving the factory. However, we understand that the most important test happens in your own kitchen.​

Satisfaction guarantee terms and conditions

The satisfaction guarantee covers all Eva Trio pots purchased within the guarantee period. To utilize the guarantee, you must present an original receipt no older than 100 days.​ 

The guarantee assumes that the product has been used correctly and for its intended purpose, without unnecessary rough handling. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, alterations, or improper use.​

The guarantee applies only to private customers who have purchased the product through retail and can only be utilized by them. It applies exclusively to first-grade products. Eva Solo A/S reserves the right to terminate the guarantee, so it only covers purchases made during the period when the guarantee is active.​

If you wish to return the product, please contact the retailer where it was purchased. You must provide the original receipt, the product, and a completed form with your name, address, and phone number to the retailer.​

If deemed necessary, Eva Solo A/S will conduct a further examination to determine if the product is covered by the guarantee. We reserve the right to request the product be sent to us for further assessment.​

It is the buyer's responsibility to return the product to Eva Solo A/S if required. We recommend sending the item as parcel post via PostNord or GLS, so the package can be tracked. Packages should not be returned with DAO, as they deliver at night, and we may not be able to receive them—this can lead to lost packages.

Note: We do not accept returns sent to parcel lockers. All returns must be agreed upon with Eva Solo A/S and sent directly to our address. Failure to comply may result in a shipping fee of 49 DKK being deducted from the refund.​
