If you fancy a creamy smoothie packed with vitamins and healthy oils, then try this avocado smoothie with avocado, spinach and lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 handful baby spinach, rinsed
- 4 dl almond milk
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- ½-1 lemon, juice of
- 1 tsp chia seed
Procedure
Prepare the ingredients and use a stick blender or liquidiser to blend all the ingredients into a smooth and creamy smoothie. Drink immediately, as the avocado may turn the smoothie brownish if prepared long before serving.
